MTM audio lessons
Structured conversational lessons in the Michel Thomas Method style. A teacher guides two students through progressively complex Mandarin dialogue, and you follow along as the third student. Each lesson builds directly on vocabulary and grammar from the previous one.
FSRS reviews
Brief spaced repetition sessions between lessons use the FSRS algorithm to schedule reviews at the exact moment you are about to forget a word. You see the Chinese character, hear the audio, and rate your recall. The scheduler adapts to your personal forgetting curve.
Transcript sync

Play the audio lesson and follow along with the synchronised transcript. The teacher introduces new vocabulary in context, prompting students to respond in Mandarin.

Complete a short FSRS review session covering vocabulary from this lesson and previous ones. The algorithm surfaces words you are about to forget, strengthening long-term retention.
Speak
Replay key phrases and shadow the native speakers. The audio pauses after teacher prompts, giving you space to respond aloud before hearing the correct answer.
